Our association organized a online seminar titled "Women and Men Hand in Hand, with Love not Violence" and this meaningful event was met with great interest with the participation of many individuals. The seminar aimed not only to raise awareness on gender equality but also to bring about positive change in society by challenging traditional gender roles.

The event emphasized the importance of shifting from a single-earner household model to a dual-earner household model and provided participants with information on how this new perspective can shape social dynamics. The seminar discussed the potential of equal sharing of domestic roles to build healthier and stronger relationships, not only financially, but also emotionally and socially.

It was also emphasized that the dual-earner household model offers the opportunity to create a more sustainable family unit, both economically and emotionally, by distributing the balance of power between men and women more equitably. Participants were informed from the perspectives that this model can increase solidarity within the family, contribute positively to the education of children, and evolve a fairer structure of society in general.

The seminar "Women and Men Hand in Hand, With Love, Not Violence" encouraged participants to think and act actively, calling not only for individuals to review their roles in domestic life, but also to question social norms and act together for change.
