Interactive storytelling and adaptation activities created an open environment where participants shared their personal journeys, introduced their hometowns and cultures, and built meaningful international connections. These communication-based exercises strengthened teamwork, public speaking, creativity, and mutual understanding while preparing participants for deeper discussions on women's roles in society. Reflection sessions examining both the advantages and challenges faced by women in business encouraged participants to exchange experiences, challenge stereotypes, and gain a broader perspective on gender equality across different countries.
Participants also expanded their project development skills through practical Erasmus+ project design workshops. Working in international teams, they transformed ideas into activity plans related to women's entrepreneurship, equal opportunities in employment, and social inclusion. By evaluating one another's proposals in a friendly and constructive atmosphere, participants strengthened their creativity, analytical thinking, teamwork, and project planning abilities while gaining valuable insight into the process of developing quality Erasmus+ initiatives.
Critical thinking became another key element of the exchange through structured debates and collaborative discussions about women's participation in different sectors of the labour market. Participants learned to defend arguments respectfully, listen to different viewpoints, and support their ideas with evidence while improving communication and public speaking skills. Additional workshops explored inspiring stories of successful women entrepreneurs from each participating country, allowing participants to compare experiences, discuss barriers to equality, and identify practical solutions that promote women's economic empowerment and leadership.
Continuous evaluation and intercultural learning enriched the overall experience by encouraging participants to reflect on both their personal development and the effectiveness of the activities. Leadership meetings supported the quality of the project, while anonymous feedback sessions ensured that every participant's voice contributed to future improvements. The mobility concluded with a vibrant Cultural Night where each national group presented traditional dances, music, and cultural heritage, strengthening intercultural understanding, celebrating diversity, and reinforcing the friendships built throughout the Erasmus+ experience.
