Participants enhanced both their physical and mental well-being through guided yoga practices and concentration exercises designed to improve mindfulness and emotional balance. By learning postures such as Half Waist Wheel Pose, Diamond Pose, and Moon Pose, they developed greater body awareness, flexibility, and relaxation techniques. Additional focus exercises encouraged participants to strengthen their attention, reduce mental distractions, and practice mindfulness through breathing, visualization, and group discussions. These activities demonstrated practical strategies that can easily be integrated into everyday professional life to improve concentration, reduce stress, and support healthier emotional responses.
Learning continued beyond the training venue through a city exploration and a public dissemination activity that connected participants with the local community. During the city tour, participants experienced Eskişehir’s cultural and historical heritage while engaging in intercultural dialogue with local residents. They later transformed the city square into an open learning space by creating collaborative yoga sculptures and interacting with passers-by to raise awareness about Erasmus+, workplace mobbing, emotional well-being, and the positive role of yoga in stress management. This public engagement strengthened participants' communication, teamwork, and advocacy skills while increasing the visibility of the project's objectives.
Intercultural learning remained at the heart of the programme through the Hungarian cultural evening, where participants explored Hungary’s traditions, mythology, cuisine, folk dances, and traditional clothing. Presentations prepared collaboratively by the national teams encouraged research, creativity, and active participation while promoting respect for cultural diversity. These exchanges allowed participants to discover common values despite cultural differences and reinforced Erasmus+ priorities of inclusion, solidarity, and mutual understanding.
The learning process concluded with an interactive evaluation session facilitated by the Latvian team using visual assessment methods, emojis, body language, and group discussions. Participants reflected on their personal development, shared constructive feedback, and evaluated both the learning methods and overall project experience. By combining mindfulness, intercultural exchange, public awareness activities, and collaborative reflection, the mobility equipped youth workers with practical tools to promote women's well-being, emotional resilience, and inclusive working environments within their own communities.
