The programme created an encouraging atmosphere where participants quickly built trust through interactive ice-breaking activities designed to strengthen communication and teamwork. By combining movement, body language, and collaborative games, participants became more comfortable expressing themselves and connecting with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds. These non-formal learning methods helped establish a supportive environment that would enable open discussions throughout the mobility.
Emotional awareness became another key focus of the activities. Participants reflected on how emotions influence everyday decisions, workplace relationships, and overall well-being. Using a scientifically recognised emotional expression assessment, they explored their own ability to communicate feelings and considered how stress, workplace pressure, and experiences such as mobbing may affect emotional expression. The activity encouraged honest self-reflection while helping participants identify areas for personal growth.
The learning experience also introduced yoga and meditation as valuable tools for stress management. Through expert-led presentations, participants explored the philosophy behind these practices, their benefits for mental and physical health, and their application in both professional and personal life. Discussions highlighted how mindfulness techniques can improve concentration, reduce anxiety, and contribute to healthier responses to workplace challenges.
Practical exploration completed the learning process by encouraging participants to observe, cooperate, and solve problems together in an unfamiliar environment. Working in small international groups, they developed observation, communication, and teamwork skills while becoming more confident in navigating shared spaces. By combining emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and collaborative learning, the activities laid a strong foundation for developing effective strategies to support women's well-being and resilience in the workplace.
