Our Gender workshop was held!

Our staff conducted a workshop under the title of "Gender". In the workshop, opinions on gender discrimination, sexual roles and gender perception were conveyed to the local community members through a narrated example.

The concept of gender is a very effective power and that women first learn it from the family; gender is linked to religion and power and that gender feeds from these sources. Finally, in the workshop; noting that the subordinate position of women is supported by laws, it was underlined that "gender must be broken by women, women must get rid of being subordinate, they must insist on their demands, they must exist with their own identities and demands, otherwise they cannot go beyond being a showcase, a favored entity.”
